Welcome to Skyward Safari Adventures! We're thrilled to be your trusted safari partner, crafting unforgettable wildlife experiences in Kenya, Tanzania, and beyond. Before we embark on this incredible journey together, please take a moment to go through our Terms & Conditions to ensure clarity and a smooth adventure.
1. Safari Inclusions & Exclusions
1.1 Inclusions
- Accommodation at carefully selected hotels, lodges, or camps.
- Meals as specified in the itinerary.
- Transportation by Safari Van or 4X4 Safari Land Cruiser.
- Guided game drives with a professional English-speaking guide.
- Nairobi City Tours (max 2 hours).
- Guided nature walks.
- Bottled water while on safari.
- Return airport transfers.
- Government taxes and levies.
1.2 Exclusions
- International airfares and travel insurance.
- Personal expenses and optional activities.
- Tips and gratuities.
1.3 Optional Activities
- Maasai Cultural Village Visit – $30
- Hot Air Balloon Safari – $450
- Horse Rides – $220
- Bush Meals/Sundowners – $25
- Night Game Drives – $30 to $120 depending on the park
2. Booking & Payments
- 25% deposit required to secure booking; 75% due upon arrival.
- Full payment required for bookings within 7 days of departure.
- Accepted methods: Bank Transfers, Mpesa, Online Payment, Cash (USD or equivalent).
- Prices are in USD and subject to change based on taxes, fees, and exchange rates.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.
- 30-59 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: No refund, but rescheduling is possible.
- Non-refundable fees (e.g., hotel bookings) will be deducted from refunds.
- We offer full refunds or alternatives if we cancel due to force majeure.
4. Travel Documents & Health
- Ensure valid passport (6 months+) and visa requirements.
- Yellow Fever vaccination may be required.
- Malaria prevention and travel insurance are recommended.
5. Safari Conduct
- Follow guide instructions and respect wildlife.
- Accommodation types vary; dietary restrictions must be communicated early.
- Soft-sided bags, max 15kg per person, are recommended.
6. Changes & Modifications
Client-initiated itinerary changes are subject to availability and additional costs.
7. Photography & Privacy
Respect local communities—ask before photographing people. Social media sharing is welcome with respect to others' privacy.
8. Liability & Insurance
- Skyward Safari Adventures is not liable for injuries, lost items, or delays beyond our control.
- Clients must have insurance covering medical emergencies, trip issues, and personal liability.
