1. Safari Inclusions & Exclusions

1.1 Inclusions

• Accommodation at carefully selected hotels, lodges, or camps.
• Meals as specified in the itinerary.
• Transportation by Safari Van or 4X4 Safari Land Cruiser.
• Guided game drives with a professional English-speaking guide.
• Nairobi City Tours (max 2 hours).
• Guided nature walks.
• Bottled water while on safari.
• Return airport transfers.
• Government taxes and levies.

1.2 Exclusions

• International airfares and travel insurance.
• Personal expenses and optional activities.
• Tips and gratuities.

1.3 Optional Activities

• Maasai Cultural Village Visit – $30
• Hot Air Balloon Safari – $450
• Horse Rides – $220
• Bush Meals/Sundowners – $25
• Night Game Drives – $30 to $120 depending on the park

2. Booking & Payments

• 25% deposit required to secure booking; 75% due upon arrival.
• Full payment required for bookings within 7 days of departure.
• Accepted methods: Bank Transfers, Mpesa, Online Payment, Cash (USD or equivalent).
• Prices are in USD and subject to change based on taxes, fees, and exchange rates.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.
• 30-59 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days: No refund, but rescheduling is possible.
• Non-refundable fees (e.g., hotel bookings) will be deducted from refunds.
• We offer full refunds or alternatives if we cancel due to force majeure.

4. Travel Documents & Health

• Ensure valid passport (6 months+) and visa requirements.
• Yellow Fever vaccination may be required.
• Malaria prevention and travel insurance are recommended.

5. Safari Conduct

• Follow guide instructions and respect wildlife.
• Accommodation types vary; dietary restrictions must be communicated early.
• Soft-sided bags, max 15kg per person, are recommended.

6. Changes & Modifications

Client-initiated itinerary changes are subject to availability and additional costs.

7. Photography & Privacy

Respect local communities—ask before photographing people. Social media sharing is welcome with respect to others' privacy.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Skyward Safari Adventures is not liable for injuries, lost items, or delays beyond our control.
• Clients must have insurance covering medical emergencies, trip issues, and personal liability.
